For Your Information
All the cabins are fully furnished. Each cabin has its own bathroom. Kitchens are fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans and dishes.

Each cabin has its own outside fireplace and there is firewood for sale on the premises. If you know you want firewood when you make your reservation, we can have it piled next to your fireplace when you arrive.

All guests must bring their own bedroom and bathroom linens unless other arrangements have been made ahead of time.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- 48 hours or more prior to your scheduled arrival , you will not be charged a fee.
- 48 hours or less prior to your scheduled arrival, you will be charged a $100.00 cancellation fee.
- If you do not call at all - your credit card will be charged 1/2 of your total.

With a paid seasonal site, your camper can stay set up on the site for the entire camping season. Rate includes water and sewer. Electric is metered and billed monthly.

** All site rates are based on up to 2 adults and 3 children (Age 17 and under with one camping unit. Additional people will result in additional fees.
** All reservations must be held with a deposit. The deposit is the cost of one night's stay for daily and weekly rentals and $200.00 for monthly rentals.
** There is a 3 night minimum for all Holiday weekends. No discounts apply to holidays or already discounted rates.
** An 8.75% NYS Sales Tax is additional on rental rates.
